Vice TV Video: Graham Bosworth Knows the Criminal Justice System Doesn't Treat Everyone Fairly

Updated: Sep 24

Graham spoke out about these disparities in prosecution in a 2016 short documentary by Vice Media’s Weediquette, “The War on Weed,” an examination of the Bernard Noble case, a Louisiana man serving 13 years for the possession of two joints.

Graham Bosworth will treat the people of New Orleans fairly. He proved that when he served as Judge Pro Tempore of Section “D” in 2016. He respected everyone in his courtroom, and made sure that no case was handled differently based on the color of someone’s skin or the amount of money in their pocket. You can trust that he will continue to treat everyone equally as the elected Judge of Section “D.”
